, the owner of the bitch, agree that the above mating is being conducted
according to the following conditions:

The owner of the bitch must produce documentation of the bitch's OFA hip
certification. The owner of the dog will provide documentation of the health of her dog; OFA
hips & elbows, & OFA thyroid normal, as well as a copy of his DNA
certificate. The bitch must be in a healthy condition, possessing no
serious faults or disqualifying defects (according to the United Kennel Club
& American Kennel Club standards for the breed).

The owner of the dog agrees to provide two
straws of frozen semen to the owner of the bitch, sufficient for one
surgical insemination.

The owner of the bitch agrees to pay shipping expenses of
the frozen semen
and any expenses which may pertain to the bitch's insemination procedure.
|
If the bitch does not prove in whelp, or if only one or two pups are
whelped, notice must be given to the owner of
the dog within seven days of the projected or actual whelping date, in which case a return
service will be given to the same bitch at her next season, or by special
arrangement, without additional stud fees.
|
Stud fee for this mating is $1000, and is non-refundable.
