, the owner of the bitch, agree that the above mating is being conducted
according to the following conditions:

The owner of the bitch must produce documentation of the bitch's OFA
certification, with a rating of Good or Excellent, thyroid levels (normal), and
a negative brucellosis test (to have been checked within the previous 6 months).
The owner of the dog will provide documentation of the health of her dog; OFA
Good or Excellent hips & normal elbows, OFA thyroid normal, and a negative
brucellosis test (to have been performed no more than 6 months previous to the
date of this mating). The bitch must be in a healthy condition, possessing no
serious faults or disqualifying defects (according to the American Kennel Club/United
Kennel Club standard for the breed).

The owner of the dog agrees to provide two services to the bitch.
|
The owner of the bitch agrees to pay travel expenses to and from the home of
the stud dog (or collection and shipping expenses of any frozen or cooled semen)
and any boarding expenses which may be incurred during the bitch's stay.

If the bitch does not prove in whelp, notice must be given to the owner of
the dog within seven days of the projected whelping date, in which case a return
service will be given to the same bitch at her next season, or by special
arrangement, without additional stud fees. If only one or two pups are whelped,
there will not be any further fees due beyond the initial deposit.

Stud fee for this mating is $1500, of which the first
$750 is payable at the
time that the bitch is serviced, and is non-refundable. The second half of the
payment is due when the litter reaches 8 weeks of age.
